Websites for clinics and medical practices
Clinic websites that fill your schedule.
For dental, aesthetic, physical therapy, psychology and specialist practices: a website that explains your treatments without jargon, answers on WhatsApp at any hour and gets the consultation booked.
01 What's included
What a clinic website needs.
A patient doesn't buy a pretty website: they want to know whether to trust you, how long the treatment takes and when you can see them.
-
One treatment, one page
Smile design, orthodontics, implants, Botox or rehabilitation: each treatment explained without jargon, with what it includes, how long it takes and what the first visit is like.
That's how patients find you for what they search.
-
Consultation booking
A short form or a booking page connected to your calendar, with a confirmation and a reminder before the visit so consultations don’t get missed.
Fewer no-shows.
-
24/7 AI assistant
It answers the everyday questions on your website and WhatsApp: hours, location, treatments, payment methods and what the consultation is like. Anything clinical goes to your team.
AI assistants -
Trust patients can verify
Your team and their credentials, real photos of your office and your Google reviews. No stock photos of perfect smiles that patients know aren’t yours.
Real proof, not promises.
-
Local SEO
Your city and neighborhood on every page, clinic structured data and a clear link to your Google Business Profile, so you show up on Maps and in nearby searches.
Like “dentist near me.”
-
Patient data handled with care
Under Colombia’s Law 1581, health data is sensitive data. Forms ask only for what’s needed to book, with explicit consent and your privacy policy.
No medical records over chat.
02 How it works
How a new patient arrives.
From a Google search to a consultation on your calendar, without anyone on your team checking their phone at ten at night.
Illustrative example: the clinic, the patient and the times are made up.
- 9:12 p.m. · The search
Andrea searches for “smile design in Bogotá.” The treatment page shows up, with what it includes, how long it takes and real photos of the clinic.
- 9:15 p.m. · The question
She asks on WhatsApp whether the consultation is free and whether they're open on Saturdays. The assistant answers with the clinic's information and offers her two time slots.
- 9:17 p.m. · The appointment
Andrea picks Saturday at 10:00 a.m. The appointment goes on the clinic’s calendar and she gets a confirmation.
- Friday · The reminder
The day before, she gets a reminder with the address. The front desk just checks her in, and knows she came from Google.
03 With care
What a clinic website must not do.
In healthcare, one exaggerated promise is enough to lose trust. These rules apply to every clinic website we build.
We do
- Explain each treatment clearly: what it involves, how long it takes and what the first visit is like.
- Show your real team, with their training and professional license if you choose.
- Use your Google reviews and real photos of your office.
- Hand every clinical question that reaches the chat to a person.
We don't
- Promise guaranteed results or recovery times that depend on each patient.
- Publish before-and-after photos without the patient's written consent.
- Let the assistant give diagnoses or recommend medication.
- Ask for medical records, test results or diagnoses over chat or forms.
04 Plans

05 Questions
Questions from clinics and practices.
Have another question? Message us and we'll reply the same business day.
Ask on WhatsAppCan patients book from the website?
Yes. The website can lead to a consultation booking page connected to your calendar, or let the AI assistant offer available times on WhatsApp and confirm the appointment. We decide based on how your team books today.
Does the assistant answer medical questions?
No. It handles the administrative side: hours, location, the treatments you offer, what the first consultation is like and payment methods. Any clinical, symptom or medication question goes to a person on your team.
What happens to patient data?
Under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, health data is sensitive data. That's why forms ask only for what's needed to book, with explicit consent and a link to your privacy policy, and neither the website nor the assistant asks for medical records, diagnoses or test results.
Will it help me show up on Google when people search for my specialty in my city?
That's the idea. Each treatment has its own page, with the city or neighborhood where you practice, structured data and a clear link to your Google Business Profile. Ranking takes months and also depends on your reviews, but without that foundation it's very hard to show up.
How much does a clinic website cost?
It depends on how many treatments and locations you have, whether you need online booking and the integrations with your calendar or scheduling software. Blinq doesn't publish prices: after the free assessment we send you a written proposal within 24 business hours, with a one-time setup and a monthly care plan. Also read what changes the price of a website.
How many consultations are you losing by not replying in time?
We review your current website, your Google profile and how you handle WhatsApp, and tell you what to fix first. Free, with no commitment.
