It depends on the scope: a landing page is not the same as an ERP. After the free assessment you receive a written timeline, and on large projects we work in milestones, each with a deliverable you can review. The clock starts with the first payment and the delivery of the materials you're responsible for.
How much does custom software, a CRM or a POS system cost?
Each project is quoted based on its scope after a free technical assessment. The quote details features, timelines and price, is valid for 15 days, and anything not listed is quoted separately, so there are no surprise charges.
Who owns the software when the project ends?
Once the final payment is made, ownership of the deliverable passes to your company. If we reuse Blinq's own components, such as the engine of our POS system, those remain ours and you receive a license to use them. The quote spells out which is which.
Can you connect an AI agent to WhatsApp and to my company's data?
Yes. We connect AI agents to WhatsApp, your CRM, spreadsheets or your database via API, so they answer with your business's real information. They're contracted as an initial setup plus a monthly fee with a conversation allowance, and we define what the agent handles and what goes to a person on your team.
I already have a system or a website. Do I have to start from scratch?
Not necessarily. First we audit it: sometimes it makes more sense to integrate, migrate or rescue it than to rebuild it. In the assessment we tell you which option makes the most sense for your operations.
How is a project paid for?
With a 50/50 structure: 50% to reserve your spot and get started, and the remaining 50% when we deliver the finished, approved project. We never ask for 100% upfront. On larger projects we can agree on milestone payments.
