We're not an agency. We're the people who build your business's infrastructure.

An agency hands you a file and leaves. We build systems that keep running: the website that converts, the software that organizes your operations and the AI agents that serve customers while you sleep. And we leave you in control of all of it.

Blinq Oficial (blinqoficial.com) is a Colombian software development and artificial intelligence firm based in Bogotá. It is not affiliated with Blinq (blinq.me), the Australian digital business card app.

Two friends, two countries, one mission

Blinq was born from a friendship between Samuel (Colombia) and David (United States) — classmates who shared the same vision. In 2020, as artificial intelligence was taking off, both saw the same opportunity: entrepreneurs and personal brands in Latin America were spending fortunes on marketing agencies that promised results but delivered PowerPoints. Something had to change.

So they did something risky: they founded a bilingual digital marketing agency called Blinq. The original idea was clear: human quality + the power of AI. They delivered monthly content packages — reels, carousels, strategic copy — all created with AI and validated by humans.

"A business doesn't compete on who has the prettiest website. It competes on who has the system that answers first, quotes better and doesn't go down on a Friday at eight at night."

From content agency to infrastructure startup

With the explosion of generative AI in 2024 they made a decision: stop selling one-off pieces. Clients didn't need more reels — they needed their operations to stop living in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups.

So Blinq stopped being an agency and became a product company. Today we build our own software: Paperclip, a business management system with AI and role-based access control that is already running in production, and Blinq POS, our point of sale for restaurants, currently in an early version.

That changes the conversation: we don't ask you to trust a portfolio of screenshots. We show you our own systems working, and you can try them right now.

How the team works

David (USA) — Client and social media management, sales strategy and prospecting in the US market, and implementation of AI automations.

Samuel (COL) — Website design and development, technical support for clients, and management of technical infrastructure (domains, Cloudflare and clients' payment gateways).

When they disagree on a technical or business decision, they have a protocol: a 30-minute meeting to lay out their points of view. If the tie persists, they consult outside mentors or specialized AI. Zero egos, 100% data.
